Granite Pines Chalet Rules
Granite Pines Chalet is a private residence in a forested Prescott setting near downtown. These rules are designed to protect the property, the neighborhood, and the guest experience.
Occupancy
Granite Pines Chalet is subject to a City of Prescott maximum overnight occupancy of 14 adults. Children do not count toward the City's adult occupancy limit, but total group size must still remain appropriate for the home, sleeping arrangements, parking, quiet hours, and neighborhood setting.
Granite Pines Chalet is generally best suited for groups up to approximately 16 total guests. Larger groups are not encouraged and may not be appropriate for the property.
Parking
Parking is available in the garage and two large driveways. All vehicles must remain in approved on-property parking areas.
Guests may not block neighboring driveways, roadways, emergency access, or trash/recycling access. Parking instructions provided before arrival must be followed.
Pets
Pets are not permitted without prior written approval. Select exceptions may be considered in advance and may require additional terms, fees, or deposit arrangements.
Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning, remediation, damage, or rule-violation charges.
Events and Gatherings
Granite Pines Chalet is a private residence and is not positioned as an event venue. Any gathering beyond ordinary overnight lodging requires prior written approval and may be subject to separate terms and fees.
A lodging reservation does not include permission for a party, reception, ceremony, vendor-supported gathering, or high-traffic event.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Outdoor noise must be kept low during quiet hours. Guests should be especially mindful of deck, hot tub, driveway, and late-arrival noise.
No amplified outdoor sound is permitted without written approval.
Hot Tub Use
Guests must follow posted hot tub rules and any instructions provided before arrival. The hot tub is for registered guests only unless CLHG approves otherwise in writing.
Guests may not add soaps, oils, bath products, food, alcohol, glass, or foreign substances to the hot tub. Guests are responsible for avoidable hot tub contamination.
Children must be supervised at all times around the hot tub.
Decks, Outdoor Areas, and Forest Setting
Granite Pines Chalet's outdoor areas are part of the guest experience and must be used responsibly. Guests should respect wildlife, avoid disturbing neighboring properties, and follow all posted fire-safety guidance.
No fireworks, unsafe fire use, or unauthorized open flames are permitted.
Smoking and Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Smoking debris, odor, damage, or remediation needs may result in additional charges.
Furniture, Amenities, and Property Care
Furniture, decor, electronics, kitchen items, linens, towels, and amenities should be used respectfully and returned to their proper locations. Indoor furniture should not be moved outdoors.
Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, and excessive cleaning needs.
Checkout Expectations
Guests should follow the checkout instructions provided before departure. Unless otherwise instructed, guests are generally expected to:
- Place used towels where directed.
- Make clear which beds were used.
- Remove trash as directed.
- Return furniture and amenities to appropriate locations.
