Our properties provide refined settings for select private gatherings and wedding-adjacent lodging. All event-related uses are subject to prior written approval and separate terms.

Private residences, not dedicated event venues.
Both Granite Pines Chalet and Waterfront Clubhouse at Antelope Hills are private residences operated as luxury short-term rentals. They are not licensed event venues and do not operate as such.
Select private gatherings — including wedding-adjacent lodging for smaller groups — may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any such use requires prior written approval, is subject to separate terms and fees, and must comply with all applicable City of Prescott regulations and neighborhood standards.
What May Be Considered
Wedding-Adjacent Lodging
Accommodating a wedding party as overnight guests, not as a ceremony or reception venue.
Private Family Gatherings
Multi-generational family stays with a celebratory component, within occupancy limits.
Small Group Celebrations
Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, or similar private occasions for respectful groups.
Golf Group Stays
Golf-focused group stays at Waterfront Clubhouse, adjacent to Antelope Hills Golf Course.
What Is Not Permitted
Open-Invitation Events
Events with attendees beyond the registered guest group are not permitted.
Commercial Filming or Production
Commercial use requires separate written agreement.
Amplified Outdoor Music
Subject to City of Prescott noise ordinances and neighborhood standards.
Occupancy Beyond Permitted Limits
City of Prescott maximum of 14 adults applies at all times.

How to request approval.
Submit an Inquiry
Use our Inquire form to describe your event type, estimated guest count, proposed dates, and property of interest.
Initial Review
We review all event inquiries individually. Not all requests will be approved.
Written Approval & Terms
If approved, we will provide written confirmation along with applicable terms, fees, and any additional requirements.
Reservation Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed through our standard Lodgify booking process, supplemented by any event-specific agreements.
