CL Hôtel Groupe was founded on a straightforward premise: that luxury short-term rentals should operate with the same clarity and care expected of a premium hospitality brand. That means accurate representations, clear house rules, consistent maintenance, and direct communication — not the ambiguity that often characterizes third-party platform stays.
Our properties are selected for their design quality, setting, and suitability for guests who expect more than a standard rental. We manage a small portfolio intentionally, because operational precision requires attention that does not scale well at volume.

Our current collection is based in Prescott, Arizona, a mile-high city with a historic downtown, Ponderosa pine forests, granite rock formations, and multiple lakes within a short drive. Prescott attracts guests seeking an alternative to the desert heat of Phoenix and Scottsdale, with a character that is quieter, more authentic, and less commercially saturated.
Our two properties represent two distinct experiences: the forested seclusion of Granite Pines Chalet near Granite Mountain, and the open, waterfront setting of Waterfront Clubhouse at Antelope Hills.
