CLHG properties are individually owned residential-style accommodations and may vary significantly in layout, terrain, design, and accessibility features.

Current CLHG properties are not represented as fully ADA-compliant or universally accessible accommodations.

Features that may affect accessibility at current properties include:

• outdoor pathways,
• deck transitions,
• uneven terrain,
• elevated entry thresholds,
• driveways,
• winter weather conditions,
• and multi-level floorplans.

Certain properties may contain:

• hot tubs or swim spas,
• golf-course or waterfront adjacency,
